We use Mary Timyan realty for the past 8 years. she is easy person to work with. she did a thorough background of the tenants. she works with other real state agents on tried to find the right tenants for our apartment.

She knows the local area schools, taxes and neighborhoods. She was very responsive to our needs and wants in finding the right tenant for our apartment. Mary negotiate the terms that was needed to close the deal for us.

 Mary has fantastic knowledge of Dutchess and Westchester County and has an extensive network of contacts throughout the region. She is extremely familiar with the up and coming Beacon and Poughkeepsie neighborhoods which are great for new families.

Mary is extremely friendly and easy to work with... many of her clients remain friends of hers for years!

Helped me rent out my home

Is there a 6th star? If so I would give it to Mary. She rented out another apartment for me with the new tenant starting their lease immediately after the current tenant's lease ends so there is no lapse in income. She handled all details very smoothly, as usual.
